How to measure body fat percentage ⚖

How to measure body fat percentage ⚖

Measuring your body fat percentage is serious business if you're an elite-level athlete looking to maximise your watts/KG.

But, keeping track of this metric is really helpful for just about any type of cyclist to ensure that if they are losing weight, that they are doing so in a healthy and sustainable manner.

In this video, I talk about how I use the Tanita BC 730 Scales on a daily basis to monitor my own body fat percentage, as well as some other key metrics.

I find these scales really easy to use and very reliable for the price, and recommend them to any type of endurance athlete. Personally, I jump on them every morning, and in less than a minute, can record my daily body fat percentage and track it into a longer-term graph.

See what you think of the scales and if you have any questions about measuring body fat, please get in touch. Hope you enjoy the video!
